  1. Sterilize: Wash your hands and sterilize your equipment and workspace. Boil 1 liter of water and let it cool for up to 30 minutes to kill any residual bacteria.
  2. Check feeding chart: Read the feeding chart for your specific formula and add the corresponding water and formula ratios. Use the formula scoop provided to ensure accurate measurements.
  3. Prepare: Close the bottle with a sterilized cap and shake vigorously until all formula powder has dissolved and no lumps remain. Place a nipple cap over the bottle top to avoid touching it with your hands.
  4. Check temperature: Cool the formula to body temperature (~98°F) and test it on your forearm to ensure it's not too hot. Use the formula immediately after preparation and don't refrigerate or store it.

Please follow the instructions carefully when preparing infant formula to avoid health problems caused by improper preparation or storage over a prolonged period. Prepare fresh formula for every feeding and feed immediately. Do not reuse any leftover formula. Thoroughly clean the bottle, teat, and ring after use. Make sure to close the opened bag tightly and store it in a dry place at room temperature. Use the formula within three weeks after opening. Do not heat organic baby food in the microwave as it can cause scalding.
