3. Prepare: Close the bottle with a sterilized cap and shake vigorously until all formula powder is dissolved. Use a nipple cap to avoid touching the bottle top with your hands.
4. Check temperature: Formula is ready when it reaches body temperature (~98°F). Cool in the refrigerator and test on your forearm to ensure it isn't too hot. Use the formula immediately after preparation.
