Shipping Policy

We understand that affordability is important to our customers, especially parents. That's why we offer free shipping on all 6, 8, and 12 pack orders or orders above certain threshold. Our shipping process is designed with your convenience in mind, but please allow 1-3 business days for us to process, package, quality control, and prepare your order for shipping.

If you accidentally make a purchase, please let us know within one hour of placing the order so we can try to cancel it. Please note that we cannot guarantee a refund if the order has already been processed and shipped. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process and return to your original method of payment.

Please make any cancellation requests using our website's chat box within one hour of placing your order, or they will not be honored. Please also note that we do not operate on weekends, so orders placed during that time will not be processed until the following business day.

Lastly, please be sure to check your shipping options as most carriers do not deliver on weekends.

Insured Express Delivery

We offer Insured Express Delivery from Europe for all orders, which are processed and shipped from the EU. We ship with one of the major carriers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx depending on origin and destination. The delivery time frames may vary depending on the carrier. 

If your order takes longer than 15 business days to arrive, we offer a 15% discount for customers to place a new order, although the original order is likely to arrive eventually. Please note that we now charge shipping for single pack orders, and shipping and delivery may take longer due to slow processing through customs or other uncontrollable delays such as weather or holidays. Additionally, please be aware that shipping times are generally longer during the holiday season, which typically starts in October.

 

Import duty and customs

The importer of record, who is the recipient of the international shipment, is required to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. If orders are shipped outside of the European Union, the recipient may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. It's important to note that customs policies differ greatly and the recipient should contact their local customs office for more information.

The recipient may be responsible for additional charges for customs clearance, and HappyTummies cannot predict or control these charges. If customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. It's the recipient's responsibility to adhere to the local rules and regulations concerning the products sold by HappyTummies for customers located outside of EU / UK.
