1. Sterilize: Wash your hands and sterilize your equipment and workspace. Boil 1 liter of water and let it cool for up to 30 minutes to kill any residual bacteria.
2. Boil fresh drinking water and cool it to approximately 40°-50° C (104°-122° F).
3. Pour the recommended amount of boiled water into a bottle, based on the table provided.
4. Fill the measuring spoon with the advised amount of anti-reflux milk formula powder and level it on the spoon.
5. Add the powder to the bottle and close it, then shake the bottle thoroughly.
6. After preparation, let it sit for 7 minutes to thicken.
7. Shake the bottle once again and check the serving temperature, which should be around 37° C (98.6° F).

The mixing proportions of each baby formula differ, so only use the scoop provided with your specific formula. Follow the manufacturer's intended ratios for adding water and scoops, and avoid adding any other ingredients to the milk feeds. To maintain maximum nutritional value, do not prepare feeds in advance and use them immediately. Dispose of any leftover feed. Use the prepared formula within 2 hours and avoid refrigerating, storing, or reheating it, as external sources could contaminate the formula, and storage may cause it to separate. If the formula has been opened, use it within 21 days, and do not use any unopened formula beyond the expiration date printed by the manufacturer on the box.
